Welcome
A Career of Creations
Welcome
I’m a mechanical engineer by training and a construction/property operations professional based in New York City. My background spans capital projects, commercial build-outs, residential renovations, NYC building compliance, field coordination, hands-on construction, and product development across both physical and digital systems.
I’ve worked across both the physical and operational sides of real estate - managing projects, solving field problems, coordinating vendors, improving workflows, and building systems that help teams execute better.

What I Bring
— Field experience. I understand how work actually gets done on site - not just how it looks on a schedule.
— Operational thinking. I look for the repeatable system behind the problem: the workflow, the handoff, the tracker, the communication gap, the missing accountability.
— Technical range. My background combines engineering, construction management, property operations, compliance, IT exposure, and software curiosity.
— Execution mindset. I am strongest where plans meet reality - when something needs to be figured out, coordinated, fixed, built, or improved.

This portfolio highlights selected projects from my career that I am most proud of and the way I think: practical, detail-oriented, hands-on, and always focused on turning messy real-world problems into organized execution.

Spa, Private Residence, Danbury, CT
Role: Hands-on construction lead / field problem-solver
Scope: Private residential spa build-out with custom mechanical and finish requirements

I joined this project after construction had already started and helped bring structure to a build that had limited formal drawings and significant field coordination challenges.
The project required me to understand unfamiliar spa systems quickly, coordinate the work in real time, and help translate the owner’s vision into a functional, high-end finished space.
My responsibilities included field layout, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, coordination of mechanical requirements, problem-solving during construction, and hands-on execution of most components outside of tile and glass.

This experience strengthened one of my core skills - figuring out complex, imperfectly documented work and turning it into a finished product.

Fam,176 Grand Street, SoHo, NY
Role: Construction and design / Fit-out execution lead
Scope: Startup office build-out and workplace transformation

This six-month office project transformed a startup workspace into a more collaborative, branded, and energetic environment inspired by New York City.
I worked closely with the design team from concept through completion and handled a wide range of execution work, including electrical fixtures, wallpaper, painting, mounting, carpentry, A/V setup, WiFi coordination, and video conferencing integration.
The work was completed in an active office environment, which required clean coordination, flexible scheduling, and constant awareness of the people using the space every day.
The result was a highly customized workplace that reflected the company’s culture while improving the day-to-day experience for employees.

This experience strengthened my creativity, craft, and ability to turn a broad design vision into a finished physical environment. It also reinforced how much the details matter — lighting, layout, materials, technology, and small finish decisions all shape how people experience a space.
Ceros Inc., 40 W 25 st, Flatiron, NY
Role: Director of Construction / Workplace Operations / IT Support
Scope: Office expansion, workplace upgrades, internal systems, and national event kiosks
At Ceros, I led construction and workplace improvement efforts for a fast-growing SaaS company, including upgrades to the main office and the build-out of an additional 10,000-square-foot floor.
My work included construction coordination, finish upgrades, furniture and layout planning, office technology, conference room planning, and hands-on execution of portable kiosks used at events across the country.
This role became a pivotal point in my career. Working directly with the CEO, Chief Design Officer, creative teams, and IT team gave me exposure to how a technology company connects space, culture, employee experience, and internal systems.
From March 2020 to October 2021, I supported over 250 employee devices and gained hands-on experience with Okta, Jamf, JavaScript, Bash, and Python.

This experience strengthened my ability to connect physical workspaces with the systems that help teams operate better — from construction and layout decisions to workplace technology, IT support, and day-to-day employee experience.
CTP BDC, 37 W 65 st, UWS, NY
Role: Construction Manager / Junior Partner
Scope: 10,000-square-foot children’s and teen dance studio white-box build-out
The Children’s and Teen’s Place at Broadway Dance Center was my first major construction project after college and became the foundation of my construction career. As a junior partner, I was given a level of responsibility that was well beyond my experience at the time. The project involved converting a 10,000-square-foot white-box space into a specialized dance facility with significant soundproofing, acoustic, and coordination requirements. Working alongside an experienced professional engineer, I learned quickly in the field while helping supervise trades, coordinate daily execution, review work against drawings and specifications, and troubleshoot issues as they came up. The project forced me to grow fast — technically, professionally, and personally. The build-out was completed in approximately eight months and led to continued collaboration on four additional NYC projects over the following two years, each involving complex interior construction, soundproofing, and acoustic design.

This project strengthened my adaptability in fast-paced environments and built my foundation in construction management, people management, and structured work processes. It also taught me how to take ownership before feeling fully ready, learn from experienced people around me, and bring discipline, communication, and sequencing to a complex build-out.
